Juan Ramón Álvarez Cuspinera, Subsecretario de Turismo en Puebla, dio inicio a una de las temporadas gastronómicas más esperadas del año con la presentación oficial de la Comida de Inicio de la Temporada de Chiles en Nogada 2024. El evento, celebrado con gran entusiasmo, marca el comienzo de un periodo en el que este icónico platillo mexicano se convierte en el protagonista de las mesas poblanas.
Los Chiles en Nogada, famosos por su exquisito sabor y su rica historia, representan una de las joyas culinarias de México. La temporada de este platillo no solo atrae a locales, sino también a turistas nacionales e internacionales que llegan a Puebla para disfrutar de esta delicia.
Durante la presentación, Álvarez Cuspinera destacó la importancia de este evento para el sector turístico y gastronómico de la región. “La temporada de Chiles en Nogada es una oportunidad para mostrar al mundo la riqueza culinaria de Puebla y fortalecer nuestra identidad cultural”, señaló el Subsecretario.
La celebración incluyó una muestra de diferentes versiones del platillo, maridadas con sidra y mezcal, bebidas tradicionales que complementan a la perfección los sabores de los Chiles en Nogada.
Con el hashtag #TienesGanasDePuebla, la Secretaría de Turismo invita a todos a compartir sus experiencias y a sumarse a la celebración de esta tradición gastronómica. Sin duda, la Temporada de Chiles en Nogada 2024 promete ser un festín para los sentidos y un atractivo imperdible para quienes visiten Puebla en esta época.
