La colaboración para el impulso de la gastronomía en vital para el crecimiento y desarrollo turístico en un destino, señaló Alejandro Rubín Carballo, director de Xantar.

Esto durante la  firma de colaboración de la Asociación de Cocina de Ourense y Expourense.

El convenio establece una colaboracion y colaboración mutua para eventos gastronómicos que permitan potencialidad la gastronomía Ourensana.
