Michoacán consolidó su posición como el “Alma de México” al cerrar el 2025 con una afluencia récord de 10 millones 635 mil 487 turistas y visitantes. Esta cifra representa el punto más alto en la historia reciente de la entidad, impulsada por una estrategia centrada en la riqueza gastronómica, artesanal y cultural del estado.
En rueda de prensa, el gobernador Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla y el titular de la Secretaría de Turismo (Sectur) estatal, Roberto Monroy García, presentaron los resultados anuales que posicionan al sector turístico como uno de los pilares económicos más sólidos de la región.
Crecimiento en cifras
El incremento en el flujo de personas no solo fue simbólico, sino que se reflejó en un crecimiento porcentual sostenido respecto al ejercicio anterior:
Afluencia: Un aumento del 5.6% en comparación con los 10 millones 066 mil 299 registrados en 2024.
Derrama Económica: Se captaron 15 mil 230 millones de pesos, lo que equivale a un repunte del 6.18%.
América: Estados Unidos, Canadá, Colombia, Argentina, Guatemala y Brasil.
Europa: España, Reino Unido, Italia y Alemania.
Asia: Japón, China y Corea del Sur.
